hello guys and girls,
Today a friend asked me something i could not give him an answer for. Is it common practice to let a new customer buy downloadable content and then at his 2nd time have him contact support and practicly force him to send pictures of his cc and himself (ID cart) along with his signature. They claim it´s because of fraud and abuse. But if they got their money and it is not being called back from the cc company why still not let the "good" customer continue to buy ?
